Okay so here is how you do it...
Warm up and put a smile on your face
Brace tightly into the plank position...remember to switch on your core muscles
And PUSH up your bottom as high as you can...
And well, then i need a hand from someone or a nice box to pull myself up on..
MUCH more fun than trying to crawl!
